+Frames ("the App") is provided by Levin Meraner, Switzerland. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Your use of +Frames is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
+Frames helps plan astrophotography sessions. Some features rely on third-party services (an AI assistant, image plate-solving, and reference data). These features require an internet connection and may be unavailable at times. Information generated by the AI assistant and equipment lookups may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as the sole source for decisions.
Paid features, if offered, are sold as subscriptions or in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by your Apple account in accordance with Apple's terms.
You agree not to misuse the App or its connected services, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Never look at the Sun — directly, through a camera viewfinder, telescope, binoculars, or any other optics — without a certified solar filter properly mounted in front of the optics. Permanent eye damage can occur in seconds. Information shown in the App (including positions of the Sun and twilight times) is provided for planning purposes only and is no substitute for safe observing practices and certified solar equipment.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including reliance on AI-generated information, planning data, or celestial calculations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
